If you received a wrong or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@thebestdachshundgifts.com with valid proof in the form of the product image or video with a written explanation. Once you send us valid proof, we will notify you if your complaint has been accepted. If we accept your complaint, we will send you a replacement item at our expense, or give you a refund. If you choose a refund, you will receive your funds back to your original payment method.
